WP4 Social Vulnerability

Social vulnerability relates to the behaviour and responses to natural risks as well as to the resources and capacities to deal with them. It is a growing field of concern of local authorities and risk managers - and there is only few empirical research on social vulnerability to natural hazards in Europe.
